Hi everyone i’m Sleeping it rough would love some support for this great cause!!! 

Homelessness is a very real thing in our communities every night people are sleeping rough. 

Societies perception of homeless people is that it is their own fault in some way.

sadly every single one of us has the potential to be homeless at any stage in our life it only take two major traumas to impact our ability to hold our heads above water. 

Loss of partner, job, Domestic violence, mental health, death of a loved one. 

How can you help me???

Just be aware and reading this post is a great start. 

Every dollar raised will go to the homeless every $ helps.

If you can’t donate money I’m happy to take empty cans or bottles in which I will donate the proceeds to this event. 

Simply by sharing this is helping support me to raise some funds for a very important cause.

Did you know that there are over 43,000 homeless Australians under the age of 25? That 10% percent of them are couch-surfing or living temporarily with other households and 3% of them are forced to live rough, on the streets?

I feel very passionately that all of these young people deserve our help. That is why I am participating in the 2018 Sleep Under the Stars event to help raise $400,000 to keep 13 youth accommodated with support so they can become independent and the very best they can be.
