Story
This is my second year taking part in Sleep Under the Stars to raise much needed funds for the homeless and at risk youth of Stepping Stone House. Having been to their houses, I can say first hand they are an incredible charity.
They have saved the lives of 50 Sydney kids, some as young as 12 years old, by giving them permanent accommodation and developing their self-esteem, resilience, self-confidence and good health so that they achieve responsible independence and be the best they can be.
They are unique in that young people who live at the Stepping Stone Houses can stay for years,, this gives the kids the time necessary to undo the impact the trauma has had in their young lives and also so they can gain a tertiary education.
Their work is really important to me, and I want to do what I can to help. But there is only so much I can do on my own. You can help too, by donating to my page. Any amount you can give makes a difference!
Please forward this to your friends and family, share it on your facebook and Insta, it is a great opportunity to have a big impact.
Thank you for your generosity and support -- it means a lot to me. Together we can help Stepping Stone House create the world we want to see.
