Story
I've been working with the Stepping Stone House for the last 2 years in a few different capacities.
Stepping Stone House is based in Dulwich Hill in Sydney and provides out-of-home care for once-homeless youth. It's unique in the fact that it is long-term, which focuses on setting up these kids for lifelong success, rather than a short-term fix. I've visited the home multiple times and it's honestly pretty great. It's very small, but through this fundraising event, they hope to support and care for an additional 13 kids!
The event held on the 26th of October and is a 'sleep out' where people (me) sleep in a cardboard box overnight under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It's now show time (fundraising time) and I'd love some help to get over the line.
