Story
Kennards FREEDOM Fighters are at it again. On the 26th October 2018 we are ditching our beds for a cardboard box to participate in the 2018 Stepping Stone House Sleep Under the Stars event. We hope it's not going to rain!
We love the amazing work Stepping Stone House do in transforming the lives of our homless youth and youth at risk through their live-in care program.
Providing a stable home with live in counselling, education and a network for them to grow makes all the difference in helping these young people build themselves a happy and independant future where they are not reliant on welfare.
Stepping Stone House are not for profit, they cannot do it without community support. Raising money for this event is just one way we can give back and help change these kids lives.
Don't underestimate just how much every dollar counts - be a day maker and help us reach our goal,
I know thirteen kids who will be forever grateful!

Established in 1989, Stepping Stone House has a proven, long-term model of care that helps people aged 12-24 years to realise their potential, build happier, healthier relationships and become independent adults who can contribute to their community.
